Victor R. Guzman earned his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1992.
He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, and later as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida. He subsequently represented doctors and medical providers in complex medical-malpractice and wrongful-death claims.
Victor now applies that experience to representing individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. He speaks English and Spanish and believes clients should understand their legal rights, the legal process, and the decisions placed before them.
