Victor Gusman, Esq.

Victor R. Guzman, admitted to practice law in Florida and New York, brings to his offices his passion for justice and equality under the law.  Through the course of his career Mr. Guzman has had the privilege of serving the people of his community as an Assistant District Attorney in New York and as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida where he fought to protect the rights of those victimized by criminal acts.  After completing his service to his communities, Mr. Guzman went on to defend doctors of all different medical disciplines and other health care providers in complex medical malpractice and wrongful death claims.

 

Mr. Guzman brings over 22 years of litigation and trial experience to serve those members of our community who need a fighter the most, the injured and their families.  Mr. Guzman welcomes the representation of new clients for claims involving wrongful death and personal injuries sustained due to automotive, truck, train, plane or boating accidents; injuries sustained due to the negligent maintenance of property and injuries sustained due to a manufacturer’s introduction of dangerous or defective products into our community.

 

Born in New York and raised in The Bronx County, Mr. Guzman moved to Florida in 1997.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University in New York in 1987.  He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey in 1992.

Mr. Guzman is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, and looks forward to working with all in our community who need experienced, aggressive and ethical representation to positively impact the quality of their life.
